Best ever carrot cake?

So, my best ever slice of carrot cake was from the unpretentious Chocolate Theatre Cafe in Henley-on-Thames, UK.  It was mouthwateringly delicious, moist and not too sweet. Just perfect, in fact!

And by the way, the House Baked Potato filled with luscious creamed leeks, bacon and parmesan was equally yummy and highly recommended, but you’ll need to be hungry to do it justice.

Pay them a visit…  not that anyone ever needs an excuse to visit Henley.  You’ll find them at 13 Thameside, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 1BH

    1. Hey, thanks Michele. I’have wanted to do this for a while and it was you that inspired me to try. Had a bit of a one-on-one lesson from a pro and here you are! It’s not easy though, as you’ve already found, I’m sure.
